Great day out for all the family at the Insight Tent where our CRT -AI students were taking part at the the Carnival of Science 2023 festivities in Cork, Ireland. 

One jam packed week of NLP training coordinated by Professor Paul Buitelaar and team. Winners of the NLP competition were rewarded with CRT-AI branded certificate of achievvement.

Our CRT in AI students annual visit to Xperi in Galway, where  PhD researchers learned bout the latest insights in AI delivered technologies in audio, and imaging.

In conjunction with ADVANCE CRT , a very successful coffee morning was held on May 30th featuring Dr. Diego Carraro who gave an amazing talk to our CRT students at UCC about his PhD journey.

The Future Professional Skills Showcase 2023

 Future Professional Skills Showcase – Conference/Event

The purpose of this event is to support our PhD researchers in learning and understanding the technology landscape when they graduate. Researchers will be able to leverage their PhD journey to become work-ready and acquire the professional skills that will improve their employability after graduation.

During the two-day event, we will create an environment where industry partners can meet with our students. SFI-funded Centres for Research Training (CRTs): Artificial Intelligence CRT and the Advance CRT, have developed an itinerary catered to your needs. We are Looking forward to bringing all four cohorts together under one roof and to have them join us over the two days.
